REFUND & RETURN POLICY (FOOD ITEMS)
All food items are final sale
Due to the perishable nature of our products, food items (including jams, jellies, and other edible goods) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Damaged, incorrect, or spoiled orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and items. If approved, we will provide a replacement or a refund to the original payment method.
Return shipping (non-food items only, if applicable)
If you sell non-food merchandise and a return is approved, you are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. Send returns to:

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in return transit. We recommend an insured, trackable shipping method. Refunds can be issued only after we receive the returned item or proof of delivery
